Principal Integrated Marketing Program Manager

We are seeking a Principal Integrated Marketing Program Manager to join our team at Cloudflare. This role exists to fundamentally change how Cloudflare's marketing organization works by putting AI at the center of how we operate. You will identify where AI can deliver the greatest business impact, build the solutions that matter most, and systematically raise the organization's ability to build and leverage AI independently.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and Build Marketing AI Strategy & High-Impact Integrated Programs:
• Define and own the marketing AI roadmap
• Build the business case for AI investments
• Directly build and ship AI solutions for high-impact opportunities
• Manage intake of AI requests from across the org

• Scale the Marketing Organization's AI Capability:
• Build and run a champion network across marketing sub-teams
• Ensure every team has a clear path to surface AI needs
• Create rituals that make AI visible and accessible
• Establish reusable patterns and templates

• Crossfunctional Planning and Integration:
• Serve as a core member of the Global Integrated Marketing Leadership team
• Translate and represent the leadership vision into a clear strategy
• Design and run the operating system for the Global Integrated Marketing organization
• Create processes to monitor business performance and outcomes

Requirements:

• 8+ years in an integrated marketing role
• Deep knowledge of how B2B marketing organizations operate
• Comfort building with AI tools
• A product management mindset
• Strong communication and executive communication skills
