Description
We are seeking a part-time Grocery Shift Lead to join our Wolt Market team in Stockholm. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, solving issues, monitoring workload, and collecting feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient operations and act as the go-to person when the Store Manager is not present
- Solve issues that require team assistance
- Monitor and manage workload, efficiency, and admin duties
- Collect and forward feedback
- Participate proactively in developing store operations
Requirements:
- Experience in grocery stores or retail, ideally as a shift lead
- Proactive, service-minded, and a fast learner with multitasking abilities
- Ability to work at least 30 hours flexibly in all shifts during the day, evenings, and weekends
- Fluent in English
