Test Engineer, Fanatec

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our Fanatec team in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end firmware validation across the Fanatec ecosystem and product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and ensure coverage of integration and system level testing
• Design and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and coverage
• Develop, validate, execute, and refine test cases based on defined requirements and test plans
• Perform integration testing on integration firmware to ensure system stability
• Conduct bug fix validation, regression testing, and dedicated release testing
• Review and validate test results, create structured test reports, and present interim findings in project meetings
• Monitor and manage issues in GitLab and Jira
• Utilize tools such as GitLab, Jira, and test management systems to track development, testing, and release activities
• Design and implement new testing methods, systems, and measurement techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in System Validation, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in hardware and software system testing
• Programming skills in Python and relevant automation languages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with sim racing and popular racing titles
• Passion for motorsports, esports, and sim racing technologies
• Existing knowledge of Fanatec products is a strong advantage
