Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools, serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. At Brooke, we coach and invest in our teachers so that they can help our students achieve at the highest levels and graduate from college.
As a school culture aide at Brooke Mattapan, you will hold students to high expectations by leading large groups in a fun and safe manner. This role may include monitoring bus rides to and from school, lunch, snacks, recess, and other duties as needed.
You’ve earned a high school diploma or GED. After prior experience working with students, you are able to lead large groups in a fun and safe manner. You believe that great teaching closes the achievement gap and have an unwavering belief in your students’ capabilities. You are professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues. Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency is preferred.

Compensation ranges from $21.00/hour to $28.00/hour commensurate with experience.
