HAL - Housekeeping Attendant - CTI

We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team on board.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and supply all assigned areas according to current Housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Maintain Housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools in good working order.
• Collect guest luggage for disembarkation and distribute embarking luggage with care.
• Clean and service petty officer cabins, if assigned, and provide laundry pick-up and delivery service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of cabins, lockers, pantries, steward stations, and corridors within the assigned section.
• Interact with guests and co-workers in a positive and professional manner.
• Follow all House Rules, Public Health Guidelines, Safety Regulations, and Environmental Guidelines.
• Report any safety or maintenance concerns to your immediate supervisor.
• Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and officers.
• Adhere to ship's relevant health and safety procedures.
• Comply with company policy regarding waste separation and environmental compliance.
• Promote the use of the company's proprietary Navigator App and acquire the necessary skills to assist guests.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Housekeeping management team.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• High school graduate or higher.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the housekeeping department or cleaning service.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English, and pass the Marlin test.
• Age between 21-35 years old with a minimum height of 160cms.
