Description

Logitech is seeking a highly motivated Credit & Collections Analyst to join the Global Collections team in Cork, Ireland. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days on-site per week.

As a Credit & Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively evaluating, investigating, and collecting outstanding accounts receivables to meet Logitech's quarterly cash collections targets
  • Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issues related to accounts receivable for an assigned portfolio of customers across AMR and EMEA regions
  • Understanding end-to-end business models and transaction flows to resolve customer queries and disputes
  • Managing customer interactions using customer-side portals to expedite payments
  • Employing collection techniques and negotiation skills to maximize cash flow and create a favourable financial relationship with customers
  • Analyzing data trends and root causes to assess customer payment behaviour
  • Partnering with other Logitech functions to create collaborative action plans to remove barriers to payment
  • Proactively engaging with the Credit Risk function to highlight areas of concern
  • Performing order-to-cash fiscal close procedures and ad-hoc management reporting as required
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation in the Collections process

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 3+ years of experience in a Collections or Order-to-Cash role in a large organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and project management skills
  • Experience working with large amounts of data, including Oracle R12/ERP and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and drive towards quarterly targets
