Quality Expert - Data Analytics, Lead

As a Quality Expert - Telemetry Lead at EA - KL, you will lead telemetry strategy and data frameworks across Apex Legends. You'll use AI and Machine Learning to transform data into applicable quality insights. Partnering with QV, Development, and LiveOps, you'll guide data-driven decisions and build scalable, intelligent quality systems.

Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy and Implementation:

• Drive telemetry methodology implementation and continuous improvement.
• Lead telemetry integration into the SDLC for early quality insights.
• Guide AI/ML models for anomaly detection and defect prediction.

Quality and Data Analysis:

• Compile and interpret data from multiple sources into quality status summaries.
• Use telemetry-driven insights to prioritize testing and improve product quality.
• Implement predictive analytics for early quality risk identification.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Partner with QV, Development, and Data teams.
• Align telemetry coverage and data logic with quality and broader data strategy.
• Translate complex telemetry data into meaningful insights.

Mentorship and Team Support:

• Lead improvements and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Mentor team members in quality strategies and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in telemetry, data analytics, or quality technology leadership.
• Experience building and maintaining telemetry frameworks.
• Background in data analysis, automation, or AI/ML.
• Experience mentoring others.
• Understanding of game development lifecycles and risk-based quality approaches.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
• Experience with CI/CD integration for telemetry pipelines.
