Description
Ninja Van, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Fulfillment Senior Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage teams, and drive efficiency improvements.
The Fulfillment Unit is crucial for executing business strategies, managing warehouse operations, and coordinating with sales and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Monitor key operational metrics such as labor productivity, Cost per Parcel (CPP), overtime, fulfillment accuracy, and operational costs.
- Maintain high inventory and order accuracy through cycle counts, system transactions, reconciliation, and process controls.
- Plan shift schedules, allocate manpower, and lead supervisors and warehouse staff toward productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, WMS/ERP procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices.
- Prepare and analyze operational performance reports and collaborate with Account Management, Finance, Procurement, and Systems teams.
- Lead floor operations during peak seasons and high-volume periods.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce, or fulfillment operations.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
- Hands-on experience with WMS or ERP systems, preferably Anchanto WMS.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, manpower planning, productivity management, inventory control, and root-cause analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Tagalog.
- Willing to work flexible schedules or shifts, particularly during peak campaign periods.
