Facilities Manager

As the Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting our facilities in Broomfield, Boulder, Ft. Collins, and Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations in our industrial space consisting of production, manufacturing, and test support.
• Scoping mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work as the space evolves and changes.
• Project manage capital improvement projects.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning.
• Collaborate tightly with Environmental, Safety, and Health to ensure compliance.
• Responsible for resolving workplace activities for two warehouses.
• Navigate fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and other general utility repairs.
• Help to set the culture of the company by working with senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, and other types of manufacturing facilities.
• Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in management of ESH in a facility.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with operating and maintaining forklifts, aerial man lifts, and overhead gantry cranes and hoists.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
• Independent worker who can work with ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
• Positive can-do attitude and bias towards action.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
