Description
Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management, Global Card Strategy to support the evolution of its Global Reach Partner Program (GRPP). The successful candidate will own the execution and operationalization of strategic Global Reach product initiatives, focusing on strategic insights, product integrity, governance, and commercialization tooling.
The GRPP enables issuers to expand into new markets without a local license through a compliant, reverse-solicitation model. The goal is to transform this program into a fully realized platform that supports global growth at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing market and competitive intelligence for global issuance programs
- Gaining alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to productize Global Reach
- Managing governance and project management activities to drive operational excellence
- Enabling commercialization by developing sales enablement and marketing materials
- Developing new go-to-market models for Global Reach
- Creating a product implementation guide to support customer onboarding
- Assessing implications on value propositions and informing strategies to ensure Mastercard offers differentiated, competitive offerings
The ideal candidate will have a consulting background, strong project management experience, and excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, translating it into clear direction, and influencing senior stakeholders.
