Description
As a Human Resources Supervisor at 3M's DeKalb Distribution Center, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.
You will make an impact by:
- Coordinating with stakeholders for interviews to ensure compliance with applicable business processes
- Leading the Corrective Action process, including employee investigations and facilitating Corrective Action meetings with the Leadership Team
- Ensuring site support of Healthy Living activities
- Coordinating and implementing 3M Corporate initiatives such as Employee Assistance and Diversity & Inclusion
- Handling a variety of employee and Leadership questions
- Coordinating preparation, scheduling, and implementation of human resources processes
- Establishing credibility and visibility with employees through regular interaction
- Providing support and assistance to employees and management through administration and interpretation of corporate policies, procedures, and practices
- Supporting disability and leave management process
- Other duties as assigned
To set you up for success in this role, 3M requires:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Three years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university
- Ability to work independently with little oversight
- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to resolve employee issues and elevate when appropriate
The expected compensation range for this position is $109,202 - $133,469, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
