Sr. Specialist, Post-Investment Management

We're looking for a Sr. Specialist, Post-Investment Management to join our team in Shanghai.

The successful candidate will implement post-investment monitoring and management of debt plans, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting post-investment monitoring and management of debt plans, including generating reports and coordinating product valuations
• Collecting materials related to post-investment management and monitoring key clauses and risk indicators
• Participating in product initiation and feature updates
• Participating in principal and interest repayments, payment distributions, and drafting post-investment transaction documents
• Communicating with external investors and promoting beneficiary meeting voting issues

To be considered, you will need:

• A Master's degree from a well-known domestic or overseas university, preferably in Finance, Economy, Law, or Accounting
• At least 4 years of experience in debt product operation and post-investment management in IAMC, Trust companies, banks, or relevant financial institutions
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or Lawyer's license are preferred
• Strong financial analysis, activity planning, and written communication skills
• To be accountable, efficient, focused, and a good team player who can work under pressure
