Description
You will lead our Supply Chain team, driving business efficiency, flexibility, and quality across planning, production, and logistics. Your mission is to continuously develop and improve these areas, ensuring sustainable growth. You will work closely with various departments to shape the organisational development of Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, and create conditions for further expansion. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting new product development from a supply chain perspective and ensuring a successful transition to mass production
- Evaluating, implementing, and developing processes, methods, and standards for Operational Excellence
- Driving automation and industrialisation projects with relevant departments
- Collaborating with development, quality, purchasing, and other interfaces to create sustainable and efficient solutions
- Leading a team of around 50 employees and fostering an environment of personal and professional growth
As a leader, you will:
- Develop your team professionally and personally
- Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Completed technical or technical-economic studies (e.g., Industrial Management, Production Management, Supply Chain Management)
- Extensive experience in industrialisation, automation, engineering, or Operational Excellence
- Ideally, experience in a manufacturing industry and implementation of change and optimisation projects
- Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire people to achieve common goals
- Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented approach, and clear decision-making in complex situations
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Analytical thinking, high implementation power, structured, and result-oriented work style

The minimum salary for this position is €83,838.44 gross per year according to the collective agreement of the vehicle industry.
