Oracle HCM Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Consultant at MHP Romania, you will lead or support existing workstreams of the Oracle HCM suite during implementation projects. You will align with project implementation methodology and the overall project management structure to deliver best-practice HR processes and configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support existing workstreams of the Oracle HCM suite during implementation projects
• Align with project implementation methodology and the overall project management structure to deliver best-practice HR processes and configuration
• Ensure cross-functional alignment within the project team and have good knowledge of how to lead a customer

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM processes and configuration, with a focus on any of the following modules: Talent & Performance, Compensation, CoreHR, Absence & Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting and Onboarding
• Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their dependencies across Oracle HCM modules
• Experience working directly with customers and translating business requirements into system solutions
• Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with both HR/business and technical stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and drive topics to completion
• Team-oriented approach with mentoring capabilities
