Description
WSP USA is offering a full-time Electrical Engineering Intern position for Summer 2027 in their York, PA office. This temporary internship is part of WSP's Summer Internship Program, scheduled to start on May 17th, 2027, and will last for 12 weeks.
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will support various engineering tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting engineering tasks to develop technical skills
- Learning basic principles of Electrical Engineering
- Assisting with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis
- Supporting preparation of final design plans, special provisions, and cost estimates
- Collecting and maintaining project documentation
- Completing training on assigned tasks
- Exercising responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct
To qualify, you must be actively enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering or related undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date of August 2027 or later. You must also be 18 or older, have demonstrated interest in Electrical Engineering, and possess competent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include prior internship experience and leadership involvement on campus.
The expected salary for this position is between $23.90 and $32.22.
