Priory Hospital Woodbourne is seeking a Bank Staff Nurse to join their team on the Manor Ward, which provides expert care for various needs, including addiction and mental health conditions.
The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team committed to patients' wellbeing, taking a personalised approach using proven therapies to help individuals move forward with confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering prescribed care within an agreed framework
- Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care with patients and their carers/families
- Accurately observing and engaging with patients to assess their needs and evaluate progress
- Monitoring and reviewing Nursing Care plans
- Evaluating and responding to changes in patients' conditions and needs
- Dealing proactively with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families/carers
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with 6-12 months of post-registration experience, holding an active NMC registration and having completed a preceptorship programme.
