Description
We are seeking an Industrial Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Québec, Canada.
As an Industrial Mechanical Engineer, you will design and develop solutions for clients in the mining, metals, chemical, and food production sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the development of design guidelines and creating plans, estimates, and details for industrial mechanical projects;
- Performing design calculations and ensuring plans meet guidelines, codes, and regulations;
- Collaborating with clients to define needs and present technical information;
- Supervising the production of quantity surveys and preparing budget estimates;
- Verifying and producing tender documents, quotes, and technical documents;
- Supervising technicians and drafters assigned to the project;
- Managing project workload with internal and external clients;
- Working collaboratively with the Québec department team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial mechanical system design;
- Membership in the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec;
- Experience in consulting engineering is an asset;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary range:
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $40.70 - $53.90
- MB & ON: $37.10 - $51.10
- NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $36.70 - $48.80
