Team Leader Used Car Sales

Responsibilities

• Stringent and sustainable sales management using the management control cycle
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of used car sales and purchasing. Responsibility for achieving goals in the used car area (sales figures, profit, customer satisfaction, etc.)
• Control of the entire sales process – from vehicle purchase, preparation, and pricing to sales
• Further development of the sales strategy and implementation of sales measures
• Analysis of market and competition trends to optimise the vehicle stock
• Close collaboration with management and other departments (e.g., workshop, new cars, accounting)
• Ensuring excellent customer advice and sustainable customer loyalty

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training and further education as a sales manager desirable
• Several years of experience in a leadership position in the automotive trade
• You can inspire and lead people, are strong in communication, responsible, and willing to make decisions
• You are resilient and reliable, approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset, and have technical understanding and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• You have high social competence, negotiation strength, and pronounced result and goal orientation
• Pronounced teamwork, empathy, and role model function
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking are required
• Independent and conscientious work
