Description
We are seeking a Female Football Scout Intern to support our Performance Analysis team in observing, monitoring, and analysing athletes and teams. As a scout, you will contribute to collecting and organising relevant information for our scouting process and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarise yourself with the philosophy, values, and guidelines of Red Bull Bragantino
- Observe and monitor complete games across different competitions, teams, and categories
- Produce structured reports on athlete observations
- Develop knowledge of teams, athletes, and competitive contexts in women's football
- Assist in video production and organisation for scouting activities
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Physical Education
- Basic knowledge of football rules, fundamentals, and sports routine
- Interest in sports development and high-performance environment
- Strong organisational, proactive, and teamwork skills
