Data Center Infrastructure Specialist

NVIDIA is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to join its Professional Services team. As a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist, you will interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyse, define, and implement large-scale data center projects.

The role involves designing and implementing data center infrastructure solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and planning data center deployments, including floor plans, rack elevations, and cable deployment planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing data center infrastructure solutions
• Collaborating with teams to ensure successful deployment
• Planning data center deployments, including floor plans and cable planning
• Deploying and supporting NVIDIA products
• Validating and updating work instructions
• Providing input for data center standards updates
• Documenting processes and keeping event logs
• Overseeing on-site work by partners and vendors

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience as a data center infrastructure engineer or similar
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
• Experience installing, monitoring, and maintaining data center equipment
• Understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in documenting processes
• Willingness to travel

Preferred qualifications include network certifications like CCIE, knowledge of InfiniBand Technology, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
