As an ARC Manager (fixed term until 2027 September) in the Finance Business & Technology (FBT) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate financial reporting and compliance of local entities.

In this role You will:

  • Ensure the proper application of the Group Reporting Manual at the local entity level and consult, evidence, document, and approve accounting judgements within Accounting Policy requirements and Delegations of Authority.
  • Serve as a finance subject matter expert to the organisation, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of accounting policies to optimise outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to relevant standards and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee and validate reporting for the local entity(ies) and provide assurance to the regional HOC on the integrity of the financial reports.
  • Ensure requirements of all local legislation over financial reporting, accounting, and control are met, including Statutory and Tax Reporting where relevant.
  • Stay informed about fiscal and regulatory developments across various jurisdictions.
  • Be accountable for assuring the accuracy & completeness of the actuals / forecast process for the local entities.
  • Improve the capabilities of your direct reports and the wider finance and business teams through coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage and balance diverse demands from multiple countries.

What You need to be successful:

  • Relevant degree and experience in a related Finance area.
  • Recognised national or international professional accountancy qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of the company's Financial & Accounting processes and systems, including key collaboration with other Corporate & Functions departments.
  • Proven track record demonstrating ability to interact with and influence people at all levels within the organisation, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong understanding of IT&S infrastructure (preferably SAP).
  • Business awareness skills.
