Workshop Manager

We are seeking a Workshop Manager to lead our team at Porsche Niederlassung Hamburg GmbH. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for managing the workshop, supervising employees, and ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deputy workshop management and control
• Deputy leadership responsibility for workshop employees
• Training of apprentices in the workshop
• Ensuring and optimising workshop and employee utilisation in collaboration with service advisors and assistants
• Supporting service technicians with diagnostics
• Deputy responsibility for achieving economic operational goals, such as utilisation and quality targets within the framework of Porsche standards and target agreements
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, taking into account efficiency and cost aspects, as well as statutory and Porsche-specific regulations
• Ensuring accurate processing and documentation of warranty and guarantee areas
• Deputy takeover of controlling the workshop performance area
• Adherence to the core process specified by the manufacturer in the workshop
• Ensuring workshop-related order documentation
• Co-responsible for the training and development of workshop employees

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in the automotive sector and further training as a master mechanic
• Relevant professional experience in the automotive sector with continuous further education in electrical and electronics
• Good MS Office skills and ideally initial leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership abilities
• High level of flexibility, problem-solving orientation, and organisational skills
• Customer and quality-oriented approach
• Fluent German and good English language skills
