Physical Therapist Hourly - Therapy

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Aspirus Rhinelander YMCA in Rhinelander, WI. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide physical therapy to pediatrics, adolescents, adult and geriatric patients. You will evaluate, establish treatment plans, and goals of treatment, and provide for and/or supervise the administration of treatment modalities/procedures done to meet the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy to patients
• Incorporate patient and family education
• Provide documentation for all patients

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan licensure to practice Physical Therapy required
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Experience in general practice of physical therapy with experience in area of specialization beneficial
