The CFO organization at EA comprises a broad group of finance disciplines. The common goal is partnership with business teams delivering strategies and providing players with amazing experiences. All finance teams assist the business in achieving profitable creativity by providing financial insight, reporting, and guidance.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA's Leadership team. You will work in a hybrid work model defined as 3 days a week in an EA office.
As a Sr. Finance Director, you will lead business support for the Shooters & Action Role-Playing Games (ARPG) portfolio. You will serve as an embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses and teams. You will be an experienced and demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organization, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to support all financial elements associated with the successful execution of Shooters / ARPG strategies.
- Provide actionable insights with a lens towards strategic execution and return on investments.
- Manage the holistic health of various and collective businesses, including full P&L responsibility.
- Lead the financial planning process, including long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles.
- Establish and track performance measurements across all major offerings and projects.
- Provide ad-hoc financial and decision support analysis in service of strategies and performance.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in senior-level roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using modern ERP and FP&A planning platforms.
- Experience utilizing AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics, and decision-making.
