Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Aurora West Allis Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation: Neuro. As a Physical Therapist, you will interpret physician referrals, complete evaluations, establish plans of care, and implement individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret physician referrals and complete evaluations
• Establish plans of care and implement individual treatment
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Identify factors affecting patient comfort and attend to these needs
• Plan for and complete patient discharge, including providing written home programs and patient/family teaching
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimum care
• Complete required documentation and maintain productivity standards
• Participate in performance improvement activities and pursue professional growth

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vestibular experience
• Experience with advanced technologies, including LiteGait, Bioness, and Ekso Bionics

Salary: $41.10 - $61.65 per hour
