We are looking for a Claims Handler who looks beyond just damage. At Insify, we are building the best claims handling process - one that is personal and smart. As a Claims Handler at Insify, you are responsible for treating damages (such as business liability, professional liability, inventory, and goods) and actively contributing to improving our processes.
You will be part of a small team that does great things - as an authorized representative of an international (re)insurer, you work directly on files, take in disability claims (AOV) and objection procedures.
Your role goes beyond the traditional. You help train our AI, work on developing a scalable claims platform for multiple EU markets, and think about how we can use technology to automate repetitive work without losing personal contact.
Responsibilities:
- Intake, treatment, and settlement of damages
- Handling disability intakes and objections (AOV)
- Supporting customers with empathy and expertise
- Contact with experts, lawyers, insurers, and reinsurers
- Thinking about process optimization, AI training, and automation
- Building an innovative damage approach for multiple European countries
Profile:
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in handling business damages
- Experience with AOV claims is a plus
- You have a WFT Basic, WFT Damage private/commercial is a prerequisite
- Good oral and written skills in both Dutch and English
- You are critical and have strong analytical skills
