Description
We are seeking an Aviation Mission Planner / Navigator (MP/N) to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will work in a small, close-knit crew environment providing technical expertise in support of Air Force mission requirements.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop complex flight plans based on the platform's capabilities and flight characteristics. You will leverage your background knowledge and specialised tools to ensure client objectives are met by finding both time-critical and long-term solutions to challenging and unconventional problems.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a firm grasp of Crew Resource Management skills. You must also have an in-depth understanding of the key factors in aircraft survivability and combat mission planning.
Required Education and Experience A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience are required for this position.

Additional Requirements A TOP SECRET / SCI clearance is required for this position.
