Account Executive WTIC/WCCT

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at WTIC/WCCT in Hartford. As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth through the sale of digital and television media solutions, including streaming and broadcast television, digital advertising, and content partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple digital channels
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Provide consultative solutions to clients by understanding their business goals and recommending tailored marketing strategies
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients
• Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our media offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and monitor performance
• Regularly review and report on sales targets, campaign performance, and key metrics
• Work closely with the account management and product teams to align on campaign strategies
• Strategically use CRM and prospecting tools to manage and achieve quotas

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, or a related industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to provide actionable insights
• Self-motivated, with a passion for sales and digital media
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with business owners and/or agency clients
• Knowledge of streaming and digital media
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, DSPs, and SSPs
