Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a night shift. You will be responsible for maintaining plant lighting and power systems, performing electrical repairs and troubleshooting, modifying line programs, and completing die wiring to support production needs. Your duties will also include recording parts usage, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain plant lighting and power systems for proper operation and code compliance
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
• Modify line programs and complete die wiring to support production needs
• Accurately complete required documentation, including work orders and logbooks
• Assist with implementing continuous improvement initiatives on production lines
• Record parts usage by accurately completing required documents
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance according to established schedules
• Work safely at all times and adopt Kaizen principles and concepts
• Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all standards and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Hold a 442A Industrial Electrician Certificate
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Understanding of PLC operation and basic programming knowledge is an asset
• Experience with robots, preferably ABB & Fanuc, is an asset
• Extensive hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment
