Assistant Vice President- Credit Solutions, Life Sciences and Healthcare

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President to join our Innovation Banking team, focusing on credit solutions for life sciences and healthcare companies. You will be responsible for due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management, as well as presenting to internal partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and prospects to build and maintain relationships
• Structure venture debt facilities and other bank product credit limits
• Perform underwriting functions, including KPI analysis and financial modeling
• Ensure accurate internal documentation and financial reporting
• Build and maintain a portfolio management framework

Requirements:

• Experience in debt underwriting, preferably in life sciences and healthcare sectors
• Ability to analyze business models, financial statements, and KPIs
• Understanding of risk mitigation, capital structures, and repayment analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and databases such as Pitchbook or Crunchbase
