We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury in Dundrum, County Dublin, Ireland.
As a Beauty Expert, you will be the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters. You will be responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to achieve their dreams.
Responsibilities:
- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's
- Build solid relationships with team members and management
- Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
- Adapt your approach to activities, customers and opportunities
- Follow the company grooming standards
Requirements:
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
- Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs
