Principal Specialist

We are seeking a Principal Specialist to support specific functions and business units in addressing their human resources-related needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with designated business groups, line management, and executive teams across all aspects of human resource-related areas
• Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and/or adopt relevant policies for local implementation
• Develop workforce plans and guide talent management activities
• Resolve escalated employee relation matters and recommend potential changes as appropriate based on the root cause of the cases
• Support significant employee life cycle events as appropriate
