Description
Logitech is seeking an experienced Recurring Revenue Management IT Product Owner to lead the design, architecture, and continuous optimization of their enterprise revenue management ecosystem.
This strategic role focuses on subscription/services billing, revenue recognition, and complex bundling scenarios across services, software, and hardware subscriptions. You will serve as the critical bridge between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Subscription/Services Invoice flexible billing, accurate revenue capture, ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, and seamless revenue operations and accounting of Revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Partner with Finance, RevOps, and IT to gather requirements for complex subscription models, multi-element arrangements (MEAs), and hybrid pricing.
- Author detailed BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows. Map out revenue allocation rules, deferred revenue logic, and prevent revenue leakage.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and perform gap analyses to ensure current and future processes meet ASC 606/IFRS 15 requirements.
Revenue & Billing Architecture
- Design end-to-end ASC 606/IFRS 15-compliant revenue recognition frameworks based on the five-step model, defining standalone selling prices (SSP) and performance obligations.
- Architect comprehensive subscription billing solutions supporting diverse pricing models (seat-based, usage, tiered). Design workflows for the full lifecycle (activation to cancellation), proration, taxation, self-service portals, and dunning.
Platform Configuration & Integration
- Hands-on configuration of top-tier platforms (Zuora, Stripe, Salesforce RCB, or RightRev). Set up product catalogs, pricing tiers, discount structures, and tax logic.
- Configure revenue schedules, waterfall templates, GL mappings, event triggers, and SOX-compliant approval workflows.
- Define integration points between billing platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and tax engines. Manage version control and data governance across environments.
Agile IT Collaboration
- Partner with IT Value Squads to bridge the gap between technical teams and Finance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and validate product backlog scopes.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 8–15 years of IT experience.
- 3–4+ years focused heavily on revenue management, subscription billing, or financial systems.
- Proven success in full-cycle enterprise implementations, specifically driving ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance and recurring revenue operations in Agile environments.
Technical Expertise
- Core Platforms (Must have one): Zuora (Billing/Revenue), Stripe Billing, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), or RightRev.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), Salesforce CRM/CPQ, and tax platforms (e.g., Avalara).
Communication & Leadership
- Outstanding ability to present complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, including C-suite and Finance leadership.
- Excellent at leading cross-functional JAD sessions, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving conflicts.
- Rigorous approach to capturing technical requirements for both IT execution and SOX/audit compliance.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or Computer Science.
- Preference: Accounting or Finance degrees, MBAs, and relevant professional certifications are highly valued.
