The Workplace Operations team is seeking a Workplace Manager to join us. The Workplace Operations team is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operational aspects of a work environment to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive work experience.
As a Workplace Manager, you will assist in developing and managing the operations of a world-class facilities program. You will be responsible for supporting our facilities in McHenry, MS, plus remote support for Huntsville, AL, and West Lafayette, IN, focusing on internal office operation functions that contribute to the overall success of Anduril.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day general office operations, including coordinating logistics and support across teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions.
- Own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Manage all office maintenance and repair requests.
- Manage vendor relationships for all office-related services.
- Plan, manage, and deliver workplace-related projects.
- Coordinate internal team events and external client events.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Develop and deliver clear communication to employees about workplace updates, changes, and improvements.
