Procurement Director, APAC

At Valvoline Global, we're looking for a Procurement Director, APAC to join our team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for delivering strategic value through the sourcing and optimization of procuring goods and services. Your role will be to lead a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across multiple complex, high-spend categories.
• Continuously monitor internal demand and external market trends to adjust sourcing strategies proactively and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, including leadership of sourcing teams.
