Quality Analyst - Multiple roles

You will work onsite in Bogotá as a Quality Analyst, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming experiences by executing and improving testing processes.

You will proactively participate in quality tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute scripted test cases and exploratory testing, identify and document defects, and ensure clear, actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
• Analyze test results, provide insights, and contribute to process enhancements.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively across teams and time zones.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in QA testing or a similar role.
• Experience with process documentation and test case management.
• Familiar with bug tracking software like Jira or JaaS.
• Understanding of software and/or game development life cycles and interdisciplinary team dependencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
