Managing Director of Operational Strategy

We are seeking a Managing Director of Operational Strategy to join our growing team at Zeta. As a change agent for children, you will be responsible for providing strategic visioning and project management for critical initiatives to support our network's growth plan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic visioning and project management for critical initiatives to support the network's growth plan
• Design and implement seamless, effective, and scalable operational processes across all areas of the organization
• Lead cross-functional teams in project planning and execution
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify areas of improvement and provide creative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of work experience in management consulting, finance, scale-up of growing organizations, or strategic roles in high-performance organizations
• MBA is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skillset and mastery of storytelling

We offer a salary range of $125,000 to $175,000, plus benefits and perks, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 403(b) retirement plan, and more.
