Description
As a Technical Instructor – HPE Networking Aruba, you will primarily work from home and deliver company-based training programs that support business outcomes. You will plan, schedule, and run customized training for sales, leadership/management, technical topics, and other skill areas. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the effectiveness of learning and organizational development solutions, collaborating with business segments, and encouraging participation and engagement from the audience.
You will need to have a first-level university degree, with an advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience. You should have 3–6 years of experience in training delivery, 2–4 years of presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience, strong planning and communication skills, and change management capability.
