As an RBT, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in either home or clinic environments. You will implement individualized treatment plans and programs developed by our Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and submit session notes. Collaboration with peers and supervisors, participation in staff meetings and trainings, and other duties as assigned are also key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
- Data collection and session note submission
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
- Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
