Description
We're seeking an Estate Services Mobile Operative to join our team in North London. You'll be responsible for deep cleans using machinery like pressure washers and floor scrubbers on internal and external estate areas, as well as general cleaning.
You'll operate vehicles, machines, and equipment, load a rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle, and collect bulk refuse and unwanted items from various locations.
This role requires commitment, good customer care skills, effective communication, and a 'can do' mentality. You'll need to be proactive, aware of safe working practices, and able to deal with the public, staff, and community representatives in a courteous and professional manner.
The salary range is £29,903 - £32,926 per annum, with 40 hours per week.
