Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Execute daily and weekly tasks to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Stock, set, and sell Target products in a fun and energetic environment
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve sales goals and improve process efficiency
Requirements

Physical Demands
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
