Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Sears Solihull Simply Food. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly, managing stock, deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working flexibly across the store to meet demands
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues to support various functions
- Adapting to changing priorities, such as early morning deliveries and late stock shifts
This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods in December.
Please note that this role involves operating mechanical equipment, so applicants must be 18 years or older.
