Description
We are seeking a Dermatology Doctor (Associate Specialist or Consultant) to join our expanding community dermatology services. As a Dermatology Specialist, you will manage a diverse caseload of dermatological conditions, working independently to provide high-quality specialist care in a supportive community environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat various dermatological conditions
- Utilise dermoscopy to examine and monitor skin lesions
- Perform minor surgical procedures, including excisions of cysts, moles, skin tags, warts, and lipomas
- Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative skin care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and clinical documentation in line with GMC guidelines
