Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
Job Details Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour Temporary additional pay: Eligible team members can receive an extra $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for overnight or early morning hours worked (details available with HR).
About the Role As a seasonal team member, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests, supports guest service fundamentals, and enables a consistent experience across the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and support
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Adapt to current technology needs
- Resolve guest questions quickly
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely (up to 40 pounds)
- Maintain flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
