Description
Join the London Borough of Sutton as a Financial Assessment and Inclusion Officer. You will work in a hybrid team, providing a financial assessment and benefit maximisation service for recipients of care services arranged by Adult Social Care.
The team administers, monitors, and processes payments to care providers, working collaboratively with ASC colleagues and other internal teams, as well as external stakeholders.
You should be proactive and ambitious with excellent welfare benefit knowledge, and have a history of working within a finance and customer service team in the adult social care sector. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.

The salary for this role is GBP 36,693 - 40,575 per year.
