Senior Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analytics - APAC (Sydney)

The EA Marketing Analytics team is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Marketing Analytics and play a key role in driving business outcomes through data analysis and insights.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage measurement toolkits to help stakeholders evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Select, process, and explore data from various internal and third-party data sources
• Create presentations with crisp data visualizations to communicate recommendations to marketing partners
• Distill quantitative insights into easy-to-digest presentation forms
• Work closely with APAC marketing partners to understand their needs and deliver data analysis to support decision-making
• Take initiative to find opportunities to make business impact
• Approach analyses with minimal guidance and have structured, strategic thinking
• Collaborate across a global network of colleagues
• Manage multiple projects involving complex data collection, analysis, and application

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or economics; advanced degrees preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant hands-on analytical experience
• Knowledge of and practical experience with statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in R statistical programming
• Curious and creative, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team
