We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Linz. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and experiences
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
- Drive sales growth and achieve KPI targets
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Experience in the beauty industry or similar field
- Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent the brand
- Ideally, experience as a makeup artist
- Positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset
- German language proficiency at B2 level
