Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to join our Bridge and Construction team in Malmö. As a Project Leader, you will have overall responsibility for creating a successful delivery. You will lead the project from planning to implementation and completion, and create the right conditions for the project team to achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the project team and create structure and momentum
- Be responsible for customer dialogue and build long-term relationships
- Follow up on economy, time, quality, resources, risks, and deliveries
- Identify opportunities and manage changes in the project
- Coordinate different technical areas and competences
- Contribute to the development of our working methods and to knowledge exchange between projects
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in leading design projects, preferably within bridges or other complex infrastructure
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or other relevant technical education
- Experience in customer contact and comfortable in a leadership role
- Affirmative, structured, but also responsive and unpretentious
