Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls
- Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
- Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes
- Complete work orders using company software
- Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certification or a relevant apprentice card
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
