Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stevenage Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
In this role, you will work Wednesday to Saturday, 18:00-22:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
